Okay, so as stated previously, the problem was "How do I 'tell' my XP Version of Origin that I have Windows 7?" It just so happened that I had a regular Windows update waiting. It appears that the only way to get Origin to open was to run the installer in XPcompatibility mode, but now Origin thinks my computer has Windows XP (and, to my best knowledge, is the Windows XP version of Origin). ![]() However, now when I try to redownload Battlefront it says I am in an outdated version of Windows and need 7 (I have 7). EDIT: After wiping everything clean, was able to mess around with Origin and ThinSetup running in compatibility mode to finally get the launcher to open. ![]()
